Socicam is responsible for managing more than 140 passenger terminals in Brazil, with more than 42 years dedicated to managing bus, urban, airport and port terminals. A truly Brazilian company, Socicam arrived in Salvador, Bahia, to foster the city’s services related to water transportation and nautical tourism and leisure.

This entrepreneurial group started its operation in Salvador with Socicam Náutica e Turismo – SNT (Sailing and Tourism), a company constituted in the State of Bahia with the mission of managing the Terminal Turístico Náutico da Bahia (TTNB – Maritime Tourist Terminal of Bahia) and the Terminal Marítimo de Vera Cruz (TMVC – Vera Cruz Marine Terminal) for 25 years. It aims to develop an upgrading project of the TTNB, overseeing good quality operational and technological solutions, to offer more comfort and safety to the residents and tourists who use the terminal.
